In celebration of the 2026 Polaris Festival, presented by SiriusXM Canada, School Night, Exclaim! Media and Polaris Music Prize bring you the Second Summer Showcase, a go-to live music series for fans and industry alike to find their new favourite artists.
The 2026 Polaris Festival is a month-long celebration of Canadian music as art, bringing together concerts, salons, listening sessions, conversations, artist development initiatives, and the Polaris Concert & Award Ceremony at Massey Hall. Through the Festival, Polaris creates space for audiences to listen differently, gather around important Canadian albums, and explore how music shapes culture, identity, memory, and belonging.

Since 2010, School Night has been the go-to live music series for fans and industry alike to find their new favourite artists.
Created by Chris Douridas and Matt Goldman, the series has proven its tastemaker sensibility by booking some of the greatest artists in the world, alongside breaking new bands, often for their first shows ever.
Artists who have graced the stage include Moby, Alt-J, Hozier, Miguel, Billie Eilish, BØRNS, Capital Cities, Alt-J, Dua Lipa, Haim, Icona Pop, Hayley Kiyoko, Sofi Tukker, Moses Sumney, Stevie Nicks, RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, Bruno Major, Michael Kiwanuka, Dermot Kennedy, Gary Clark Jr, Lizzo, LANY, Bryce Vine, The Head and The Heart, Yellow Days, Amy Shark, Freya Ridings, El-P, Andra Day, Bryce Vine, Albert Hammond Jr., Chromeo, and Wild Belle.
What began as a weekly Monday night show in the heart of Hollywood at Bardot is now also a monthly showcase in Nashville, Toronto, London, and Sydney!
