By submitting to the Polaris Music Submission Portal you agree to allow your submission(s) to be considered by the Polaris jury and have the related information collected by the Polaris staff for administrative purposes. This information will not be provided to third parties for financial gain. In the event your music reaches the "Recommendation" and/or "Nomination" phase, you agree to allow use of album covers, artist photos and similar tools to be used by Polaris its execution of its Prizing activities.
