Tagaq, Owen Pallett To Play Special Massey Hall Show In December
Past Polaris Music Prize winners Tanya Tagaq and Owen Pallett will get together for a special double-bill as part of the Live At Massey Hall concert and film series.
The show, which is presented by Massey Hall and the Polaris Music Prize, will take place Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the legendary 121 year-old Toronto venue. Tickets will be available to Massey Friends First members on Wednesday, August 26 at 10 a.m. The American Express Front Of The Line presale takes place Thursday, August 27 at 10 a.m. Public tickets go on sale Friday, August 28 at 10 a.m. Ticket prices will range from $18.94 to $29.50 and are available online at MasseyHall.com or at the Roy Thompson Hall box office.

Pallett won the first-ever Polaris Music Prize in 2006 for his album He Poos Clouds. Tagaq won the award last year for her album Animism. The 2015 Polaris Music Prize winner will be chosen from 10 Short-Listed nominees on September 21 at the Polaris Gala. The event will be webcast live by Aux.tv.
