Just Arrogant Animals is a rock band from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario, blending grit, groove, and soul into a sound that hits you in the chest before it hits your head. Built on the chemistry between Kyle Knowles (vocals, guitar), Pat Sabyan (drums, vocals), Shawn Mather (bass, vocals), and Kyle Phillips (guitar, vocals), the band delivers raw emotion, tight arrangements, and a heavy sense of feel shaped by lived experience.

The band’s award-winning single “Time Machine” earned Song of the Year at the 2026 Pet Rock Radio New Music Awards. Their music has also gained international traction through Groover, with multiple songs appearing on Groover’s Breakthrough Charts, including #7 in Canada for “Mister In-between”, #9 in Canada for “Rattle in My Bones”, and #68 globally for “Rise”
